One of the most effective ways to burn fat, build muscle & improve fitness levels. Not only will you find yourself with more energy & confidence but also less stress & a better overall mood. Whether you are looking to stay fit or look good, Strength Training can help you meet your goals.

HIIT FITNESS

HIIT workouts can help you shed pounds at light speed. When done correctly it can jump start your metabolism to burn fat & increase endurance. It also helps to bust boredom, boost confidence & improve mental toughness, giving you the strength to keep going when your body wants to stop.

ADULTS KUNG FU

Kung Fu is 1000's of years old and will provide you with a higher level of Focus, Confidence and Discipline. It's not just about learning self-defence, it is great for stress relief and over all health. When done alongside our strength & fitness programs you'll be amazed at how quickly your confidence increase

Gorillas is a great place to go if you’ve reached a plateau in your fitness, are a beginner or just want to try something new. From the fact that you can choose whether to work out with the same sex or in mixed classes, do strength and fitness or martial arts it’s a very flexible program. The challenge community is very welcoming and although the classes are challenging the instructors push you to do your best and the atmosphere in the classes is supportive. The meal plan works AMAZINGLY and I’d recommend it to anyone. The team give you realistic targets based on your own personal goals and are always available to give you advice or answer any questions you may have. They also teach you about nutrition in a practical way but aren’t lenient with you which I personally feel is a good thing. The recipe book they provide gives you ideas for every single meal of the day and makes it a lot easier to stick to your meal plan.
